i appreciated the helpful and professional staff. the georgian building had heaps of character. transport links to the city centre were excellent with a bus stop right outside. we stayed in a comfortable four poster room, it had everything we needed.
the hotel charged a daily fee for parking. i did not see this information on my confirmation. i managed to find street parking. though, this was an inconvenience.

the breakfast was wonderful. i particularly appreciated the attentive staff. the gardens are also meticulously maintained (a lovely spot for a quiet stroll). in the evening, i enjoyed the bar's relaxed atmosphere and gentle music.
